When you sync both the accounts, the tweets and retweets are automatically posted on your FB profile or page to which you are connected. However, Twitter To Facebook, the replies and direct messages will not be published to FB.

Twitter To Facebook


Steps 1

  • Log into your Twitter account.

  • Click on "Profile" icon on top and select Settings.

  • Select Apps > Link to Facebook.




  • If you are not currently login with Facebook, you'll be triggered to supply login credentials.

  • Press OK in the next coming screens which relate to the details and personal privacy settings.



If you do not want the retweets to be published on the FB profile, then deselect the first option which's all.

That's it. From now on, the tweets will be published to your Facebook profile.

It will not be posted to your FB page. If you wish to link your Twitter account to the Facebook profile alone, then you are done.

Link Twitter to Facebook Page.

In case, if you want to link twitter to Facebook page and not to your FB profile, you have to do extra actions:.

  • Browse to Apps.

  • Uncheck the 2nd alternative [post to my Facebook profile] and click permit posting to one of your pages.

  • Press OK to supply approval.

  • Select the page from the drop down list listed below the option "post to my Facebook page".

  • Now the alternative "post to my Facebook page" got made it possible for immediately and the tweets and retweets will be posted on your FB page.



If you don't want the retweets to be posted on the FB page, then deselect the very first option and that's all.

Link Twitter with Facebook Profile and Facebook Page.

If you wish to link twitter with both FB profile and page, then you have to do the following actions:.

Follow the above steps and select all the alternatives [see screenshot]

That's it. Now, the Twitter account is linked to your FB profile and page.
