Remove Facebook Reviews
While you can not necessarily eliminate the bad review, you can disable the alternative for your map, check-ins and stars (evaluations) to reveal up. This will stop the public from seeing any reviews on your Fan Page. Attempt it out! Here is ways to remove reviews from your Facebook Fan Page (since 10/8/15).
- Go to your Facebook Fan Page.
- Click Settings button (top right) then click the "About" tab (towards middle of the page). OR, you may likewise have the ability to click "About" as an initial step.
3. Do NOT click on the map. Rather, Click the "Page Details" button seen on the left.
4. Then, hover to the right of your address until you see a pencil and the word "Edit".
5. Click the pencil. It will open up the dialogue box. Here's the map.
6. Now, uncheck the box that states "Show map, check-ins and star rankings on the page".
7. Then click Conserve Changes.
In the past, this is how people were doing it: Click Edit page > Update page information > Under Page details edit Address > disable 'Program this map on your page'.
FYI: Obstructing somebody on your Facebook Fan Page does not help. Others will still have the ability to see the Review even if you do not after obstructing them so attempt disabling the evaluations from showing up altogether. The drawback is that great evaluations you have will also NOT be seen; however, there are lots of other places to show your favorable reviews such on your website, Google, yelp, evaluation sites etc.
