How To Delete Facebook Reviews - Getting a bad evaluation on Facebook can be terrible for any business. Especially if the evaluation is phony or an attempt to destroy your reputation online. Do not worry too much, there is some hope.

 

How To Delete Facebook Reviews

While you can not always get rid of the bad evaluation, you can disable the choice for your map, check-ins and stars (evaluations) to appear. This will stop the general public from seeing any evaluations on your Fan Page. Try it out! Here is how to remove reviews from your Facebook Fan Page (since 10/8/15).

• Go to your Facebook Fan Page.


• Click Settings button (leading right) then click the "About" tab (towards middle of the page). OR, you may also be able to click "About" as a primary step.

3. Do NOT click the map. Instead, Click on the "Page Info" button seen on the left.

4. Then, hover to the right of your address up until you see a pencil and the word "Edit".

5. Click the pencil. It will open up the dialogue box. Here's the map.

6. Now, uncheck package that says "Show map, check-ins and star scores on the page".
7. Then click Conserve Modifications.

In the past, this is how people were doing it: Click Edit page > Update page info > Under Page info edit Address > disable 'Program this map on your page'.

FYI: Obstructing someone on your Facebook Fan Page does not help. Others will still be able to see the Evaluation even if you do not after blocking them so try disabling the evaluations from showing up entirely. The drawback is that great reviews you have will also NOT be seen; however, there are a lot of other locations to display your positive evaluations such on your site, Google, yelp, evaluation sites etc.
