Delete Facebook Page
In an online answer, Jade from the Facebook Aid Team states: "We will never release your name to the public specifying that you are connected to the Page. Please understand that the Personal Profile should represent a real individual and can not have the name of a service."

However, you can always set Facebook's personal privacy control to limit access to your individual page. Click the down arrow in the top right, select Settings and then Privacy. The section on "Who can see my stuff?" provides alternatives from "Public" to "Buddies" to "Only me". You do not have to delete your individual profile if just you can see it.
In general, I think Buddies is the best setting for small and personal organisations, presuming you are active on Facebook. Your buddies are most likely to Like your service page, probably to comment, and most likely to advise it to their friends. Big corporations have other methods to create a following, however good friends do it without you having to pay for it.
1. Check in to your Facebook account and access your organisation page.
2. Click "Edit Page" followed by "Manage Permissions" in the drop-down menu.
3. Click "Delete [Page Name] in the "Delete Page" section.
4. Click "Delete" to immediately delete your page. Keep in mind there are no more confirmation buttons or triggers; when you click "Delete," your page is completely erased.
Suggestion
Think about unpublishing your page rather of erasing it; when you unpublish a page, Facebook users can not access it, but you can still edit it and republish it at a later date.
Warning
Deleting a page is long-term; all info on the page is completely eliminated and neither you nor Facebook client support can get access to the info on the page.
